At Grey Dawn Farm there are two major focuses:
- High personal training & competitive goals in dressage
- To sell quality sport horses, imported or domestic, usually with at least 6 months of training
& development at Grey Dawn Farm

Average of 45-55 hours per week; 6 days a week depending on the season

Responsibilities:
|
Responsibilities include all care and preparation of horses at home and at shows, limited maintenance work (eg: taking down cob webs in barn, keeping trailer clean, washing
indoor mirrors). Care of sick or injured horses. Hacking out horses. Organization and cleanliness of barn and trailers.
|

Qualifications:
|
Seeking highly
motivated, organized, detail oriented, conscientious, high-energy person who loves horses and is
kind and patient with them. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to hone their horse management/grooming skills to a very high standard and wishes to improve their riding skills. This is a competition oriented, high quality sales barn. Needs own transportation.

Job Benefits:

May bring own horse and
receive board and training or personal accommodation. If person does not have own mount, would help
find a nice “project horse” to develop and perhaps sell.
